Standard Rifles
What we categorize as a standard rifle
These are typical handheld rifles capable of firing semi-automatic and/or fully automatic and can be easily reloaded by either a magazine or clip that is inserted into the firearm with the firing mechanism in front of the trigger Assembly. These rifles are commonly used in combat and for other purposes like hunting. Standard rifles can be considered front heavy since the ammunition, action, and barrel all sit in front of the primary grip. Some advantages of this design are the ejection port is far enough forward left-handed operators need not be concerned with getting hit with brass. Also, since the trigger mechanism is right at the back of the action, they do not require anything more than the bare minimum to operate so are considered very responsive and reliable.
